About
Sately is built by Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt, a Swedish family physician who previously founded and led the world's largest low-carb resource. Twenty years of watching patients blamed for an engineered food environment led to one conclusion: people don't need another diet — they need to know which foods actually fill them up.
We are deliberately non-conflicted: no supplements to sell you, no meal-replacement shakes, no drug affiliations, and no diet camp to defend. When medication is genuinely the right tool — GLP-1 drugs included — we're for using it well, with food that protects your muscle and your appetite alongside.
The method is public — the formula, its weights, its known limits, and its full change history are on the our math page. It was built fresh from public science and public data (USDA), and it improves in the open.
This is a preview build. The tool, the food database, and the articles are under active construction — what you see is real, but young.
