Steps
- Blend the cottage cheese smooth, then stir in flour, baking powder and salt to a soft dough. Knead 30 seconds on a floured surface — no more; there's no gluten to develop here.
- Roll to a rectangle, spread with soft butter and the cinnamon sugar, roll up and cut 8 with floss.
- Bake at 190°C for 20–22 minutes until golden.
- Whisk the glaze and spread on warm rolls. Best the day they're made — no yeast means no second-day softness.

Why this score
easy to overeatDense calories with little protein, volume or fiber to fill you up.
Three routes to fullness — one is enough
What pulls it down
Computed on the finished dish, not an average of the parts: 1786 kcal goes into the pot, 729 g of ingredients comes out as ~750 g of food → 238 kcal per 100 g. Cooking moves water, and energy density is the score's biggest lever — so we show the math. Full formula here.
